This home was built in 1886. It was adjacent to Fort Tyler in Lanett, Alabama. This home burned in 1918 and a new one was built in it's place. The "newer" Clovernook is still standing and visible as you drive up 18th Street. After LaFayette died, the home was occupied by my Great- Grandparents, George "Big Pa" Huguley & Marie (Lamar) Lanier "NiNi".
