She was the daughter of Emmitt Lee and Bernice Alline McClellan Smith, born in 
Chambers Co., AL. 
Mary Faye died at the age of 16 from Leukemia. She is buried in her family's 
plot with her Mother, Father and brother. She was survived by three sisters and 
her half brother, Albert Lee Smith.
