discovered that the following wedding date has been listed as Jan 03, 1842
in one transcription of the info.

January AD 1842
MARTHA ANN WILSON  )     HUGH WILSON made application to the Clerk of the
County court                    THE STATE OF ALABAMA )  of Chambers County
for marriage license and filed the following Bond:
CHAMBERS COUNTY         )
Know all men by these presents that we HUGH WILSON & EZEKIEL WALL are held
and firmly bound unto His Excellency B. Fitzpatrick Governor of this State
and to his successors in Office in a penal sum of Two Hundred Dollars; for
the payment of which will and truly to be made we bind ourselves and each
and every of our heirs, executors or administrators jointly and severally
firmly by these presents:  Sealed with our seals and dated the 12th day of
January A.D. One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Two.

    The condition of the above obligation is such that if there be no cause
why HUGH WILSON and MARTHA A.. WALL should not be joined together in the
holy union of Matrimony thru this obligation to be wed otherwise to remain
in full force and virtue.

    Whereupon a license was issued as follows:

THE STATE OF ALABAMA )
CHAMBERS COUNTY         ) To any ordained Minister of the Gospel, Judge of
the County on Circuit Courts or Justice of the Peace in and for said county.
GREETING:   You are hereby authorized to celebrate the Rites of Matrimony
between HUGH Wilson and MARTHA A. WALL and this shall be your sufficient
authority for so doing.

    Given under my hand & seal this 12th day of January A.D. 1842 and the
6th Year of American Independence.

Which said license was duly returned with the following endorsement there
to-wit:
I do hereby certify that HUGH WILSON and MARTHA A. WALL R. were Joined in
wedlock by me the 13th Jany 1842.
