I, IRY BISHOP being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament that is to say I give unto my daughter MARY WILLOUGHBY and the lawful heirs of her body the following described real estate to wit: Fraction A of Section 30, Township 24, Range 25; also the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 24, Range 25; also Fraction B of Section 30, Township 24, Range 25, containing 22 acres, making in all 113 acres more or less. I give and bequeath unto my grandson JAMES THOMAS WILLOUGHBY, one sorrell horse, and one heifer with a red star in her face. I give and bequeath unto my daughter MARY WILLOUGHBY, all of my household and kitchen furniture. I give and bequeath unto my son ASA BISHOP, five dollars, also to my son BENJAMIN BISHOP five dollars, also to my son JEFFERSON BISHOP'S children five dollars, also to my son JAMES BISHOP five dollars, also to my daughter MARTHA WORTHY five dollars, also to my son HENRY BISHOP five dollars, also to my son JOSEPH BISHOP five dollars, also to my son BILLY BISHOP five dollars.
