NEWSPAPER Issue of Wednesday, October 31, 1923

LAND SALE

We, the undersigned, under and by virtue of the authority vested in us as 
Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Amanda L. Pearson, deceased, will 
sell to the highest bidder for cash at the old Bachus homeplace on the 
premises, on Thursday the 8th day of November 1923 at two p.m., the lands 
belonging to said deceased in Chambers County, Alabama.  Also will sell the 
following personal property, to wit: four good work mules.  Said sale will be 
made for the purpose of making a distribution in accordance with the terms of 
the said Last Will and Testament of Amanda L. Pearson, deceased.   J. Cohen 
Higgins,  J.G. Wheeler,  Executors.
