I, Kate Robinson, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills at any time heretofore made by me. First: I will that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my executrix as soon after my decease as practicable. Second: I will and bequeath to my children, Josephine Cutler, Annie Pope Germany, Thomas G Robinson, Louise Nichols, Helen Gaines, and J Hugh Robinson, share and share alike, all the property, real, personal, and mixed, of which I may seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the time of my decease, to have and to hold absolutely. Third: I nominate and appoint my daughter, Helen Gaines, as executrix of this my last will and testament, and declare that she shall not be required to give any bond for the performance of her duties arising hereunder; not shall she be required to make an inventory of the property coming into her hands, as such executrix; nor make any report to any Court of her proceedings hereunder.
