T. M. Keith, aged 66, pioneer minister of the Separate Baptist Church, and an honored citizen of the county, died at his home at Adamsburg Monday. Mr. Keith had lived in DeKalb Conty more than forty years, being born in Cherokee County and coming to this county when quite a young man. His ministerial connections with the Separate Baptist Church covered a long number of years. Funeral services were held at Adamsburg Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock, the Rev. J. M. White officiating, with interment in the Adamsburg cemetery. Surviving are the widow and four sons, L. B. , J. A., A. J., and W. W. Keith, all of Fort Payne, and five daughters, Mrs. Lula Walker, Mrs. Ida Walker, Mrs. Alice Maples, Mrs. Carrie Hurt, and Miss Della Keith, all of the local community.
