I give and bequeath to my wife Mary C. Burns nee Mary C Brantley all the property of whatever Character or description whether real or personal of which I may die possessed to enter upon and take full possession of the same without bond or form of law to have and to hold the same for sole and exclusive benefit during the term of her natural life and at her death the same to revert to and be equally devided between her Children viz Alice DuBose Fannie M Reed Rebeca Sherrer Sallie M. Berry Lottie Burns Lilly Burns William H Burns and Albert Burns or their heirs or legal representatives. My Grand Daughter Mary [left blank] I debared from all interest or share of my property on account of my having given to her mother Elizabeth Dunn Deceased upon her Marriage with James Dunn her full share of my estate viz one thousand Dollars worth of property for the Benefit of herself and heirs forever.
