                                  Goldie Holston
 Goldie W. Hoslton, 86, a logtime Abilene resident, died Sunday at her home.
 Services will be at 1:30pm Tuesday at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of 
Memories, 542 Hickory, with the Rev. Louis Johnson officiating. Burial will be 
in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
 Mrs. Holston was born in Strawn, was a homemaker and had been employed for 25 
years with Benny Wilson's Sportatorium. She was a member of North Park Baptist 
Church and Sears Park Senior Citizens. She married L. M. Holston Sr. in 1931 
in Abilene; he preceded her in death.
 Survivors include one son, Larry Holston of Abilene; two sisters, Geraldine 
Morgan of Midland and Wanda Garret of Abilene; one brother, Floyd Wimberly of 
California; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
Goldie was born 9-18-1909. Her husband was Larry Morris Holston Sr.
