 Woody L. McIlwain, age 63, of Carroll, Thursday July 4, 1991, Grant Medical 
Center, Owner Woody L. McIlwain and Son Excavating. Survived by sons, Michael 
McIlwain, Carroll, Ray McIlwain, Miss, Ken McIlwain, Ariz; parents, Roy and 
Laudie Mae McIlwain, Carroll; 3 grandchildren; brothers, Jim, Lee, and Bill; 
sister, Vernie; aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends may call Monday 4-6 and 7-
9pm at the Dwayner Spence Funeral Home, Canal Winchester, Ohio. Graveside 
funeral services will be 10am Tuesday at Franklin Hills Cemetery, Pastor Kelly 
Green officiating. Friends who wish may contribute to Lithopolis Church of the 
Nazarene, 156 East South Street, Lithopolis, Ohio 43136 in his memory.

Woody was born 7-24-1928 to Willie Roy Wood McIlwain and Clara Laudie Mae Lee 
McIlwain. Ohio death certificate #050275.
