Filed October 29, 1895 C.C.McCall, Judge of Probate The State Of Ala. Choctaw County In the name of God Amen. Abram Keener of the county and state aforesaid, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make publish and declair this to be my last will and testament here-by revolking any heretofore by me made in the manner following. That is to say , it is my will that I be decently buried, my funeral expenses paid. That all my just debts be paid by Executor herein after named as soon after my death as can be conviently done. I give and bequeath to my sons, John Keener, F.F. Keener, B.H. Keener, and my Granddaughter, Emma Adkinson now the wife of George Smith the sum of one dollor each to be paid them by my Executor as soon as my will shall have been probated. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Sallie Jackson, all my property and personal or mixed. The reason I give her all of my property as foresaid is because of the love I have her on account of the great care and attention she has bestowed on me in my old age , and I hereby request all my children to see that the provision of this my last will and testament be carried out. I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter Sallie Jackson my executrix of this my last will and testament and view of the great confidence I have in her integnity(sic) and honesty in carrying out the provision of my will . I hereby releive her from giving bondand security as such excutrix and releive her from any expense in carrying out the provisions of my will.
