She choked on a peach pit. JW Beagle was married to Lomie Fendley at the time, so her death occurred after June 5, 1904. Additional Comments: Note: The Children listed in this Bible are the children of John Welsey Beagle and his second wife, Edna Thames, daughter of James and Annette Young Thames of Monroe County, AL. According to Monroe County marriage records, J. W. Beagles married Edna Thames on January 13, 1892. Eddie Wideman was a witness. Claudia, John Walter, Rupert Carter, Ella Mae, Etta Ann and Robert Fery were all Born in Perdue Hill, Monroe County, AL. Nellie Lucille may have been born in Jackson, Clarke County, and died in Fulton, Clarke County, AL. Not listed in the bible is Willie Clifton Beagle, a son by Leona Fendley Beagle. “Miss Lomie”. Clifton was b. Aug. 6, 1907, Fulton, AL Also, not listed is Maggie Beagle, born January 12, 1891 in Perdue Hill, AL. Maggie is the daughter John Wesley Beagle's and first wife, Pinkey Nelson. Pinkey Nelson's grave is in McConnico Cemetery in Perdue Hill, and is missing the top portion of the tombstone. The stone had J. W. Beagles and the date.
