In the Matter of the Estate of James A. Farrow, Deceased. This day came W. M. Cockrell, administrator of the estate of James A. Farrow, deceased, and filed his petition in writing under oath in this court, for an order to sell certain lands belonging to said estate, described in said petition, for paying the debts due by said estate upon the ground that the personal property of said estate is insufficient for the payment of the debts. It is therefore ordered that the 19th day of December 1913, be appointed a day for the hearing of said petition, when any person interested may appear and contest the said application if they think proper. It further appearing to the court from the application that Jeff Farrow, who is an heir of said estate, resides at Anson, Jones county, Texas, and Phil Farrow and Arnton Farrow, are heirs of said estate and their residences are unknown, it is ordered that service by publication be had upon them, by publication for once a week, for three successive weeks in The Ashland Progress, a newspaper published in said county, and they may appear on said day and contest the application if they see proper. Witness my hand, this, the 15th day of November 1913. F. J. Ingram, ll-21-3t Judge of Probate.
