Court Whereas, M. E. Graben, Administratrix of the Estate of J. W. Graben, 
deceased, joint owner, had filled her application in writing, under oath, for an 
order to sell certain property described in said application, belonging to M. E. 
Graben, Easter Graben, Tom Graben, Russell Graben, Henry J. Graben, Esther 
Graben and May Z. Graben, all of Delta, Clay Co., Ala., and Joe Graben and Kytha 
Abner, both of Waterloo, Tenn. joint owners. Where upon, it is ordered that the 
14th day of October. 1918. be appointed a day on which to hear such application, 
at which time all person's interested can appear and contest the said 
application if they think proper. Witness my hand, this 13th day of September.
