ADMINISTRATRIX'S SALE Mrs. Arizona Graben, Administratrix of the Estate of B. H. 
Graben, Deceased, Complainant. Vs. 
George W. Graben,
Mrs. Alice Freeman, 
Mrs. Cora Smith, and 
Mrs. Reppie Newell, 
Respondents. In the CIRCUIT COURT of Clay County, Alabama. IN EQUITY Under and 
by virtue of an order and decree of the Hon. W. W. Wal lace, Judge of said 
Court, Mrs. Arizona Graben, Administratrix of the Estate of B. H. Graben, 
deceased, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder, in front of the 
Court House Door, in Ashland, Clay Coun ty, Alabama, on Wednesday, the 11th day 
of January, 1939, between the hours of Eleven O'clock in the fore noon and Four 
O'clock in the afternoon, for cash, the following described real estate 
belonging to said Estate, to-wit: The NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 2, and NE 
1/4 of the NE 1/4, less and except therefrom five acres in the Southwest and 
Northwest corners of said forty, said five acres being South of the White Plains 
Public road and West of the Lineville and Kennedy Mill Road, in Section 3, all 
in Twp. 19, Range 9. Also, two acres more or less, in the Southwest corner of 
the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, and the E 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 in Section 
34, Twp. 18, Range 9, containing 87 acres, more or less. Also 30 acres, more or 
less, on the South side of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 in Section 27, and the NW 
1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 34, all 
in Twp. 19, Range 9, containing 90 acres, more or less. Also, the SE 1/4 of the 
SW 1/4 and ten acres on the East side of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 (50 acres, 
more or less), and the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4, less 10 acres on the North side, and 
the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4. All this land in Section 28, Twp. 18, Range 9, 
containing 160 acres, more or less, and all the land herein described situated 
in Clay County, Alabama.
