PROBATE Court, SPEICAL TERM, 
Jan. 29th, 1869. 
Estate of Eli Howell, deceased
On this day came W. Clardy, Administrator of said Estate. with the will annexed 
and filed his accounts and vouchers for a final settlement of said estate, which 
is examined, approved and placed on file for the in special of all concerned. It 
is therefore ordered, and the creed of the court that the 8th of March 1869 be 
set as a day to hear and audit application ana settlement, and it is further 
ordered by the court and settlement and the day set for the hearing thereof, 
by given by publication, for five successive weeks in the Alabama Reporter 
newspaper published in the town and county of Talladega, notifying all persons 
interested to be and appear before this Court on the 8th day of March 1869 and 
show cause, it any, why said accounts and vouchers should not be stated and 
allowed, and said estate finally settled.
