E. l-4 Section 28, Township 20, Range 6, Also 106 acres and 2-3 of an acre known as S.E. 1-4, Section 28 Township 20, Range 6, lying on the North side a said quarter section. Also 53 l- 3 acres known as the West 1-2 of the S.W. l-4, Section 27, Township 20, Range 6, lying bn the North side of the above described 60 acres. Also, twenty acres of the S. E. 1-4 or the S.W. 1.4 of Section 12, Township 20, Range 8, being that portion of said 40-acres tract lying S.W. of Crooked Creek. Also, ten acres lying in the N.E. corner of the N.W. 1-4 Section 13, Township 20, Range 8, Also the following which have been allotted as dower to Mrs. Elizabeth Jordan, widow of said Charles Jordan, dec'd. and which will be sold subject to the in cumbrance of said dower, to wit, the E. 1-2 of the S.E. 1-4 of Section 12, Township 20, Range 8, and the N.W. 1-4 of the S.E 1-4 of Section 12, Township 20, Range 6, and twenty acres off the S.E. l-4. of the W. 1-4 of Section 12, Township 20, Range 8, lying on the Northeast side of Crooked Creek. ALSO by virtue of the same decree, on the first Monday in November next, at the Court House door in the Town of Wedowee, we will proceed to sell to the highest bidder on a credit of twelve months, the lands lying in Randolph County of which Charles Jordan, dec'd, seized and possessed, (to wit,) the N.E. l4 of the N.W. 1-4 of Section 21 Township 20, Range 9, and the S.W. 1-4 of Section 3, Township 21; Range 9, the W. 1-4 of the S.W. 1-4, of Section 30, Township 19, Range 9, and 110 acres of the N.W. 14 Section 31, Township 19 Range 9, lying the north side of said quarter section. Also the following described lands which have been allotted as dower to Mrs. Elizabeth Jordan, Widow of said Charles Jordan, dec'd., and which will be sold subject to the incumbrance of such dower (to wit,) fifty acres on the South side of the N.W. 14, Section 31, Township 19, of Range 9, and the W. 1-2 of the S.W. 1-4 Section 7, Township 20 Range 9. Bonds with Approved Security will be required for the purchase money, and a certificate of sale given to the purchaser.
