[Now Clay] PROBATE COURT Special Term March 6th, 1860. Estate of Barnett Kinard, deceased. This day came Elijah R. Wood, Administrator of the estate of Barnett Kinard late of said County and filled his petition for the order to sell the following described land belonging to said estate. to wit: the west half of the Southeast quarter of section Thirteen, Township 20, of Range 9, lying and being in Randolph County State of Alabama, for the payment of debts against the said estate. It is thereupon ordered by the Court that Tuesday, the 24th day of April next be a day set apart for hearing said administrator's application before this Court notice of the time of filing said petition, and at the time and place set for hearing the same be given to the nonresident heirs of said estate. viz: William J. Kinard and Riley W. Kinard residing in the State of Texas John G. Kinard and Prudence Ann Robertson, wife of John A Robertson residing in the State of Mississippi. All of full age, and Wiley J. Kinard of full age, and George W. and Adaline M. Kinard, minors, residing in the State of Arkansas. By the publication the Democratic Watchtower a newspaper published in the town of Talladega once a week for four weeks successively and that the same notice be given to Mrs. Rebecca Kinard widow of deceased, Amanda C. James and her husband, Hampton A. James, Mary T. Hingson and her husband Napoleon B. Hingson residing in Talladega County, Elizabeth O. Hamil and her husband F. M. Hamil residing in Randolph County Alabama by written citations, served upon them personally at least 10 days before the said 24th day of April 1860. Witness, William H.
