Lumpkin, dec’d. No 34 Estate of Administrators Bond, the State of Alabama, Clay County, Probate Court Know all men by these presents that we James M. Nelson, Isaiah F. Cole, B.L. Bellamy and James W. Hollingsworth, of the county and state aforesaid are held and firmly bound until James L. Williams, Judge of the Probate Court for said county and his succesors in office in the penal sum of Five hundred Dollars, for which payment will and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves, our hier executors and administrators jointly and severally, firmly by these presents --- Sealed with our seals, and dated this 22 day of November 1876. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound James M. Nelson has been appointed Administrator of the Estate of John B. Lumpkin late of said county deceased. Now, if the said James M. Nelson shall well and truly perform all the duties which are or may be by law required of him as such Administrator, then the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
