May 20, 1867, Administrator's Sale
NOTICE is given that on Monday the 20th day of May 1867 the undersigned, 
administrators de bonis non of Wm Y. Lundie late of Dallas County Alabama, 
deceased will sell at auction for cash, the settlement, of land known as the 
"LUNDIE MOUNTAIN PLACE" near Chandler Springs, in formerly Talladega, now Clay 
County, Alabama. Also, a land warrant for 120 acres of land. The sale will be 
made under a decree of the Probate Court of Dallas County Alabama.
