Bell, Administer of the estate of A.A. Steed dec'd late of the state of Georgia and filed in the Court his application of an order to sell the following described lands belong to said estate. The Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 21, Range 8, except so much thereof lies west of the Wetumpka Road where it now runs also that part of said quarter section that lies North of Horse Trongh Creek making said creek road the line, also twenty acres more or less, it the being of N. half, of S.E. forth of the N.E. fourth of Section 23, Township 20, Range 8, East Coosa Land District for the purpose of distribution among the heirs at law of said estate to wit: A.M. Steed Mrs. Parlina Bloodworth wife of L.M. Bloodworth of full age, A.A. Steed a minor, all residing in Carroll County State of Georgia, John R. Steed residing in Jackson County Florida, Mrs. Elizabeth H. Stedham wife of Marsh Stedham residing in Randolph County Ala. Mrs. Frances A. Wood wife of Harvey Wood, Mrs. Margaret E. Bell wife of J.T. Bell, All of full age, and Ivernoah Steed and Lucy Steed minors residing in Talladega County Alabama. It is there upon ordered by the court Wednesday the 15th day of May next to be a day set apart for hearing said petition before this Court that notice thereof be given for all resident heirs of said estate by citation served upon them, at least ten days before the hearing of said petition and to the non-residents by publication in the Democratic Watchtower a newspaper published in the town of Talladega once a week for four successive weeks.
