Sept. 13, 1913. In the Matter of the estate of R. P. Welch. Deceased. Whereas, Wyatt Rainwater, administrator of the estate of R. P. Welch, deceased, has filed his sworn petition in said Court for a sale of the lands described therein, belonging to said estate for division, upon the ground that the same cannot be equitably divided among the heirs, and the 20th day of October, 1913, has been appointed for the hearing of said petition, and it appearing from said petition that the following heirs and distributes of said estate, are non-residents of the state or Ala., and that they reside as follows, to-wit: Mrs. Mollie Hawthorne, Big Hill, Texas, Wiley Welch. Manchester, Tennesse. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made, for three successive weeks, as provided by law, in The Ashland Progress, a newspaper published in Clay County, Ala. notifying each of the foregoing named heirs, distributes and all other persons having any interest in said estate, of the filing of said petition and of the day set for hearing of same, on to-wit: the 20th day of October, 1913, at which time they may appear and contest same, if they think proper, Witness my hand this the 13th day of September, 1913.
