Sworn all by these presents that we Pinckney Robertson, Leander Robertson, 
Hardy Robertson and Noah Robertson, heirs at law and also the widow Elizabeth 
Robertson, being the survivors and heirs of the estate of John Robertson 
deceased, for and in consideration of the sum of nine hundred and sixteen 
dollars to us in hand paid by William Robertson, administrator of the estate of 
the said John Robertson deed the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged, do 
here by grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said William Robertson who he 
came purchased at the sale all that certain tracts or parcel of land known and 
described as follows: N.E. 14 WW74 and NW74 NE74-S-11-T.21-B.9 containing eight 
acres more or less to have and to hold the a fore granted premises unto the 
said William Robertson, his heirs and assigns to his use and behoof forever and 
we do consent with the said William Robertson his heirs and assigns to his use 
and behoof forever that we are lawfully settled in fee of the a fore granted 
premises, that they are free from all encumbrances, that we have as good right 
as Hiers at law to sell and convey the same to the said William Robertson, his 
heirs and assigns and that we will warrant and defer said premises to the to 
the said William Robertson his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims or 
claims of all persons whatsoever.  In testimony where of we as heirs at law 
here into set our hands and seals this September 26th A.D. 1874.

I, W.A. Steadham, a Justice of the Peace, certify that Pinkney Robertson, 
Leander Robertson, Hardy Robertson, Noah Robertson, Elizabeth Robertson, who's 
names are signed to the foregoing and whence to acknowledge before me this day 
that being informed of the contents of the conveyance that they assigned the 
same voluntarily on the day the same bears date.  Sealed under my hand this  
Sept the 26th 1874.
