To satisfy, and in compliance with an order of the Circuit Court of Clay Conty 
and State of Alabama, made at the Fall term 1882, of said court, I will proceed 
to sell within the legal hours of sale on the first Monday September 1882 to 
the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, to-wit: The 
North West fourth of the North East quarter in Section ten (10) Township 
nineteen (19) Range eight (8) Situated in Clay County, Alabama, to satisfy a 
judgment in favor of J. N. Willoughby and against T. A. Patterson for fifty two 
dollars and fifty-two cents, damages rendered in the Justice Court, and eleven 
dollars and eighty-five cents, for cost of suit in the Circuit Court,
