General Affidavit
THE STATE OF ALABAMA PROBATE COURT CLAY COUNTY

In the matter of AGE OF G L HORN

Before me, T J Ingram Judge of Probate of said County, personally appeared A S 
Horn who being duly sworn to speak the truth, the whole truth and nothing but 
the truth, says that HE KNOWS THAT G L HORN WHO IS ON THE PENSION ROLL IS EIGHT 
TWO (82) YEARS OF AGE AND THAT HE IS ENTITLED TO A PENSION OF THE FIRST CLASS 
UNDER AN ACT OF THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA APPROVED AUGUST 6TH 1907.

Sworn to and subscribed before me this 7th day of Sept, 1907

A S Horn who is making this attestation is the nephew of Green Lee Horn.  A S 
stands for Andrew Silas Horn and is the son of Elijah Horn, grandson of Joshua 
Horn and Dolly Waits of Horn's Valley
