Charles S Streter W R Pruet Board of Examiners for Clay County. Finding of State Board of Examiners. We the undersigned State Board of Examiners, hereby certify that we have examine the within application, and recommend that said application be granted, and that the applicant be placed in class 4 under the act of Feb 10th, 1899. This the 19th day of July 1899. Affidavit Of Witness AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS The State of Alabama County of Talladega I, William M Ashworth, do solemnly swear that I am personally acquainted with G L Horn, whose name is signed to the foregoing application, and that I know of my own knowledge that the said G L Horn did serve as set forth in the application, and that he did not sert the service, but was honorably discharged therefrom.
