This is what we saw at the home of D. J. Ingram of near Delta last week. Two years ago, Truman, Mr. Ingram's son, who is now in the CCC, decided he wanted to do something different, so he centered on making a quilt. Truman, although he doesn't smoke busied himself in the collection of tobacco sacks, and when he had the top part of a quilt, he dyed them yellow and blue, lined it with cotton and used green material for the lining. This quilt will demand the attention of the most exacting woman quilter and we must say is complete in every detail. Mr. Ingram told us about the fine gilt he has which is a full-blood Poland China less than a year old that the night before had found six fine baby pigs. All doing nice thank you. Mr. Ingram has a dime, made in 1823 that he said he received in some change more than 40 years ago. In a collection of money, Mr. Ingram had some more interesting coins, most of which he found. Irene Ingram showed us a gold, baby ring she found on the streets of Anniston two weeks ago and said she was willing to turn it over to the rightful owner.
