Following services conducted by the Rev. J.C. McQueen, pastor of the church, the Brown families had dinner in the old church arbor. Afterward officers for a future convocation were chosen: D.M. Carmichael, president, and Robert McNeill, secretary, both from Birmingham. Members of the family attending were: Mr. and Mrs. Benton L. Stewart, Miss Elizabeth Stewart, Jake Stewart of Childersburg; Walter Robinson, Ford Robinson, Miss Robert H. Holcombe, Dorothy Ann Holcombe Goodwater, Mr. and Mrs. J.I. Ford, Mr. & Mrs. J.A. Abrams, Miss Mary Elizabeth Ford and J.B Ford of Alexander City. Mr. & Mrs. J.E. Chandler, Miss Helen Chandler. Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Kimbrough, Mr. & Mrs. D.M.
