Anniston Star May 24, 1956
The homecoming of the former Center Hill was held at Black's Chapel Methodist 
Church Sunday with a number of students present. Mrs. Ulas Latham was the only 
former teacher present. The students present that attended the first school 
taught at Center Hill in the year 1892, were E. L. Evans, Pyriton; W.O. Cook 
Pisgah, Mrs. H.C. Willingham, Delta; Mrs. J. A. Latham, and Mrs. G.C. Garrett, A 
delicious lunch was spread at noon.
