The scene of the battle was on Wesobulga street with the Ballard boys on one side of the street and Perch Dunn on the other. The Ballards were using a shotgun and a rifle, while Dunn was using a pistol in the beginning of the battle, later using a shotgun. Dunn received quite a number of shot in the arm and side, while Howard Ballard was barely scratched with a bullet. Perch Dunn is now at liberty under a $300 bond. Frank Ballard has not been apprehended. Additional Comments: Perch Dunn & Howard Ballard was convicted and sent to prison.
