Dear Miss Youngblood: 
We are two little girls 8 and 10 years of age. We go to school at Highland. Miss 
Shaddix is our teacher. We sure do like her. We have two little brothers. Will 
you please print our letter. We would like to see you. 
SHELLIS AND IRENE SPURLIN. 

Dear Miss Youngblood: I am a little girl 9 years old. I go to Highland School. 
We have pretty pictures and attendance trees in our room. I like my teacher very 
much. Her name is Miss Shaddix. I wish you would print my letter in the Sunday 
paper. 
VIRGINIA WATTS. 

Dear Miss Youngblood: I am a little boy. I am 9 years old. I go to school at 
Highland. I am in the third grade. Miss Shaddix is my teacher. We have a 
calendar in our room.

Dear Miss Youngblood: I am a little girl in the third grade. I am 10 years old. 
Miss Shaddix is my teacher. I love her very much. We have a pretty school room. 
Our school is Highland. I will look for my letter in the Sunday paper.

like her fine. I like my English and speller best.

room.

am in Miss Shaddix s room. I have a good room.

Dear Miss Youngblood: I am a little girl I go to school at Highland. I am in the 
third grade. Miss Shaddix is my teacher. We have lots of pretty decoration for 
Christmas in our room. 
DOROTHY WATTS. 

Dear Miss Youngblood: We love our teacher very much. Her name is Miss Shaddix. 
We are two little sisters. We go to school at Highland. We are in the third 
grade. We have a little brother. Our teacher is good to us. 
BESSIE MAE and CHRISTINE CURLEE. 

Dear Miss Youngblood: I am in the third grade and can read and write. I go to 
Highland School. We have many pictures in our room. I am 8 years old. Miss 
Shaddix is my teacher. The book I like best is geography. Will you please print 
my letter? I like to read my letter in the paper.

Highland is a wonderful school. Our teacher is Miss Shaddix. We love her very 
much. We study five books. We like geography best because it tells us all about 
the world and its children. We would like very much to see our letter in the

school at Highland. There are three trucks that come to our, school. We have six 
teachers and over 200 pupils. Miss Pauline Shaddix is my teacher. I like her 
very much.

enjoyed your letter last Sunday. Miss Shaddox is my teacher.
