Ashland Standard January 23, 1901
On last Wednesday at Bob Whitehorn's sale, near Bluff Springs, C. B. Toland and 
Curry Jones engaged in a difficulty resulting in the shooting of Jones by Toland. 
The shot took effect in the leg, no very serious damage being done.
