Selma Dollar Times August 7, 1873
Dink Martin, of this county, has a stalk of corn which has seven shoots on it, 
one of which measures in length, three feet three inches, another two feet ten 
inches, two measuring two feet, two measuring one foot five inches, and one 
measuring one foot six inches. Ashland Times.

Additional Comments:
Sanders "Dink" Martin is buried in New Harmony Cemetery on the Clay-Randolph 
County line, near Cragford Alabama.
