Administrators Sale

    Under and by vertue of an order of
the Probate Court of Clay Co., heretofore made,
authorizing me, as the administrator of the estate
of James F. Martin, deceased, to sell the real
estate belonging to said estate. Therefore on
Saturday, the 25th day of February, 1888 at the
late residence of said deceased, I will proceed
to sell for One Half Cash, and the remainder in
twelve months with note and approved security,
the following described real estate, to wit:
Se 1/4 OF Se14 of Sec, 14 and that portion of Ne1/4
of Ne 1/4 of Sec 23, lying north of Crooked creek
and the N 1/2 of Nw 1/4 of Nw1/4 of Sec 24 all
in Township 20, Range 9 Clay county Alabama.
