Alabama Reporter February 1869
On the first Monday in February 1869 by virtue of decree rendered in the 
Chancery Court, sitting at Talladega, for the 37ih District of the Northern (now 
2nd District of the Eastern) Chancery Division of the State of Alabama in the 
case of Pennington King against George Robertson. I will, sell to the highest 
bidder, for cash, before the Court House door in the town of Talladega, Ala., 
the following described tracts or parasols of land to wit: The East half 
southwest quarter of section 7, and the West half of Southwest quarter of 
section township 21, range 9. Also, the North half of Northwest quarter of 
section 17, same township and Range, and the Northwest quarter of Northeast 
quarter, section 17, same township and range. Also, the West half of the 
Southeast quarter and East half of Southwest quarter, of section 8, same 
township and range; all lying and being in form erly Randolph, and now Clay 
County Alabama. Said lands sold for the unpaid purchase money. G.K. MILLER,
