W. W. Perry she resides 4 miles north of Lineville, ten children being present two absent, 29 grandchildren, 13 great grant children present other relatives, Mrs. Mack Joiner a sister-in-law of Ashland, Mrs. Ola Walker and Mrs. Josie Worthy nieces of Gum springs, other friends and relatives from different parts making a grand total of 66. Everyone seemed to be feeling fine. We had singing and music, finally the noon hour arrived. We all assembled under the shade of a tree in the yard there stood a long table loaded with good, luscious things to eat. J. Willis, the older son offered thanks then we all got busy am stayed on the job for some time. The names and address of the children present as follows: Mrs. Matte Allen, and family Sikesville, Mrs. Emma Owen and children, Ashland J. Willis Perry, Birmingham, Daniel. B. Perry and family Barfield Marcus, W. Perry and family Mt. Olive, Lula and Effie at home. We again had music and singing in the afternoon. We spent a glad day; we returned home feeling better. M. W.
