The Ashland Progress September 27, 1928
The Willing Workers Club which is composed of Lystra and Gum Springs ladies met 
at the home of Mrs. Trice Riddle, on the 12th of September in the afternoon, 
and elected new officers for the ensuing year as follows:

Mrs. Lillian Gaither, President; Mrs. W. B. Denney, Vice President; Mrs. Z. P. 
Jordan, Secretary; Mrs. Hettie Richerson, Secretary-Protem.

Nutrition Leaders:  Mrs. L. W. Runyan, Mrs. Arlie Alford, Mrs. Ila Ogletree, 
Mrs. George Steward.

Crayon Craft was the demonstration.  The ladies did quite a bit of work.  Mrs. 
Riddle gave a watermelon cutting which was enjoyed by all.  The next meeting 
will be held at Mrs. McEachern's.
