Services for Cassie H. Abner, 93, of Lineville, were today at 3:30 p.m. at 
Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville, with the Rev. Jerry Colquett officiating. 
Burial was in Lineville City Cemetery. Mrs. Abner died Sunday at Lineville 
Nursing Facility. Survivors include a son, John F. Burell of Childersburg; three 
grandsons and four great-grandsons. Pallbearers were E.G. Griffin, Don Hogan, 
Gilford, Ingram, Frank Horn, L.D. Miller and Clemon Graben. Mrs. Abner was a 
lifelong Clay County resident, a homemaker and a member of Lineville Baptist 
Church.
