Ashland Progress
James M. Allen, of the Sikesville community died at his home last Sunday and was 
buried the next day at Motley, following funeral services conducted by Rev. F. J. 
Ingram. The deceased is survived by two sons and three daughters: Grady Allen, of 
Wadley, R. Leroy Allen, of Lineville, R. 2 Mrs. Raymond Gregg, of Lineville, R. 
1, and Mrs. L. T. Hodge, of Wadley. Members of the Masonic order Were active 
pallbearers. Blair was in charge.
