Mrs. Vida Webb Allen, 84, of Ashland, died Tuesday in a Birmingham hospital after 
a short illness. Funeral services are scheduled today at 3 p.m. at Blair Brown-
Service Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Henson officiating. Burial will 
be in Ashland City Cemetery.  Survivors include a sister, Miss Katie Jo Webb of 
Ashland; and several nieces and nephews, including Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Allen of 
Anniston. She was a lifelong resident of Ashland.
