Ashland Progress
Mrs. Rosie Anderson, wife of E. A .Anderson, died at her home in Shiloh- 
Lineville community Sunday, April 9, after an extended illness. Her age at the 
time of her death was 42. Mrs. Anderson was a member of Shiloh-Lineville Baptist 
church where the funeral services were conducted by her pastor. Rev. Reuben 
Birchfield, assisted by Rev. W. B. Dennon and H. T. Tapley. Interment adjoining 
cemetery with directing. Pallbearers were W.W. Golden, R. L. Golden, Edd Sparks, 
Edd Hodnett, Crayton Vickers and Roosevelt Buchannan. Surviving are the husband, 
E. A. Anderson; two sons, Vernon and Truman; one sister, Mrs. Grady Stanford; one 
half-brother, Mathew Cockrell of Jay, Fla.
