Services for Florence B. Bowling, 86, of Lineville, will be today at Benefield 
Funeral Home Chapel in Ashland with Rev. Pat Hurst officiating. Burial will be 
in Union D. Baptist Church Cemetery with the funeral home in charge. The family 
will receive friends until service time today. Mrs. Bowling died Wednesday at 
the Lineville Nursing Facility. Survivors include two daughters, Betty Ray of 
Orange Beach and Faye Robertson of Heflin; two sons, Larry Bowling of Ashland 
and Johnny Bowling of Talladega; one sister, Lessie Roberts of Oxford; 10 
grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Dale Bowling, 
Mickey Bowling, Jim Bowling, Ryan Bowling, Tommy Bowling and Johnthan Bowling. 
Mrs. Bowling was a native and lifelong resident of Clay County, a homemaker and 
a member of Union D. Baptist Church.
