Elmer Boyd, 60, Negro, of Delta became the fourth area traffic fatality in Week's 
period when he died of injuries in Clay County Hospital Saturday. Boyd, a 
passenger in a pickup truck, received fatal injuries, when a trailer driven by 
Louis Zackery, 48, Negro of Delta, jackknifed into the pickup driven by Errie 
Hownett, 36, Negro of Delta. Hownett and another Willie Lee Caldwell, who was 
seriously injured, were taken to Clay County Hospital the Highway Patrol said, 
Caldwell was listed in "fair" condition Saturday night.
