Lineville Headlight
Junior Awbrey Bradford, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bradford, of near 
Lineville, after a painful illness died on the morning of the 4th of June 1908. 
The dear little fellow was born October 23rd, 1906. Junior was the only 
grandchild in either the family of father or mother, and the first and only 
child of Mr. and Mrs. Bradford, and was a very handsome, smart and amiable; 
little boy, and so was a special pet, and hence, humanly speaking, his death 
appeared to be a great calamity; but God knows what is best and called him home. 
His parents are Christians and will not refuse to accept God's providence 
humbly. The body of the dear child was interred in the Lineville cemetery, Dr 
Shaffer conducting the funeral at the Baptist church in the presence of a large 
assembly of relatives and friends. Affectionately, Jno P. Shaffer.
