 The Alexander City Outlook
William Jesse Browning, 90, of Ashland, died Dec. 14 at the residence after a 
two-month illness, funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, at 
Guthrie's Chapel with burial in an adjoining cemetery, Radney Funeral Home 
conducting. Survivors include seven sons, A. Jim, Allen, Ashland, Rt.
1, Sid Browning, Auburn, L. J. Browning, Live Oak, Fla., McKinley Browning, New 
York, Robert Browning, New Site; four daughters, Mrs. John Browning, Mrs. W.R. 
Hanson, Alexander City, Mrs. Willie Morgan. Montezuma, La., Mrs. H.
H.O. Hawkins Callahan, Fla.
