Ashland Progress
Mr. W. O. Bryant passed away at his home on the Talladega highway on last Monday 
morning. He had been in ill health for more than a year. He was 68 years of age 
and is survived by his wife and a daughter, Mrs. Burgess. Funeral services were 
held at Pleasant Grove church on Wednesday morning, conducted by the Rev Stovall, 
assisted by the Rev. Knott and Honorable W. B. Nolen. Interment was in the church 
cemetery with the Masons in charge at the grave, Blair directing.
