M. Burney, aged 63, one of Lineville's oldest and most respected citizens, was called from earth Friday of last week, and buried with Masonic ceremonies Saturday. Rev. J. E. McCain preached his funeral sermon to a large congregation. An obituary notice will appear in a future issue, a committee o his Masonic brethren having been appointed to prepare the same.
