W. Caldwell, died suddenly at her home in Sikesyille Monday, December She had not been in good health for some time, but still performed her daily duties, as housekeeper. She was cooking dinner when a member of the family noticed that something was wrong and went to her as she began to fall. A doctor and neighbors were called, but she was dead in about 15 minutes. Her sudden death is attributed to heart weakness. Her remains were buried in Mt. Gilead cemetery Tuesday afternoon following funeral services conducted by Rev. C.W. Carter of Wadley. Mrs. Caldwell is survived by her husband, one daughter and three sons, viz Mrs. Calvin Harris, Ashland, Arthur, Hoyt, and Stonewall Caldwell, Sikesville. She is also survived by two brothers, C. T. Brannon, Ashland; Pat Brannon, Texas; and one sister, Mrs. Ida Carr, Lineville. A Friend.
