Campbell 78. of 724 ff. Mountain Ave., Jacksonville, died last night in a Piedmont hospital after a short illness. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m., at the Church of Christ in Jacksonville officiating. Burial will be in Campbell Springs Cemetery in Clay County with Roebuck Funeral Home in charge. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ed Johnson of Jacksonville and Mrs. T. W. Buchannon of Alexander City; one son, Charles Campbell of Lineville; two sisters, Mrs. Charlie Patterson of Lineville and Mrs. Jim Henderson of Ashland; one brother, W. D. Campbell, of Lineville, and nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, Pallbearers will be Sedric Webb, Hughes Erwin, Earl Dean, Ira Bragg, Clay Hammett, Oscar Daniel; Honorary pallbearers will be Huey Johnson, Jim Wilson, John Duncan, T. C. Gilbert, Herman Holly, Bill Hinds.
