Mrs. S. M. Cheatwood, age 35, died at her home at Delta at 7:40 o'clock this 
morning following an illness of three weeks. Funeral services will be conducted 
at 10:30 o'clock Thursday morning at Bethel Church at Delta. Interment will be in 
the church cemetery, with Jones in charge. Mrs. Cheatwood is survived by her 
husband, three daughters, Rilla, Eulah and Myrtle, all of Delta, her parents Mr. 
and Mrs. Charles Hunter of Delta; four brothers, Gay Hunter, Birmingham, and 
James; Columbus and Rufus Hunter, all of Oxford, and two sisters, Mrs. Pearl 
Easterwood and Mrs. Ruth Dewberry, both of Delta.
